New government legislation was introduced in October 2008, which may require you to obtain planning permission if you install a new driveway or pave over your front garden. Planning permission will not be required if you use permeable materials as they allow water to soak into the ground. If materials such as traditional block paving, concrete or tarmac are used they do not absorb the water and if there is nowhere for the water to drain to apart from the road then planning permission will be required. Further information can be obtained from your local Council Planning Department.

We are qualified in installing permeable and impermeable driveways and surfaces.

Whatever your needs, we are always here to offer our expertise and advice for any Domestic Groundworks you may require.
